Herman Capital’s mission is to build a disciplined, scalable trading firm that empowers independent traders to perform at a professional level, while maintaining strict risk management and operational excellence. We are looking for highly driven, disciplined individuals who approach trading with intensity and focus. The ideal trader is hardworking, mentally sharp, and committed to being engaged every hour the market is open. This is a performance-driven environment—not a passive or casual setting. Candidates must be able to operate under pressure, handle direct and constructive feedback, and thrive in a results-oriented atmosphere where accountability is expected. Strong character and resilience are essential. Experience in fast-paced environments, including competitive gaming, is a plus. No prior trading experience is required—we provide the training and framework needed to succeed. No college degree is required; however, applicants must be 21 years of age or older. All traders are expected to work on-site at our Boca Raton, FL office.
